What we do
Available in seconds.
Every sample, every specification, every source.
In daily use
Three ways to reach your system.
Your system works in three situations that recur constantly in architectural practice.
At your desk.
You're looking for a material for a hotel project. Acoustic panel, fire rating B-s1, warm in tone. You type three terms into the search and see what you have. Including all technical data.
In the team meeting.
The project lead asks: 'What widths does this come in?' You scan the sample: the answer is on the table right away. Instead of an email to the supplier and two days of waiting.
In the project.
You assign a project name to each sample. Later you search by project and immediately see which materials you selected, with all specifications.

The position
Your system. Your language.
What we are not
- ×not a supplier marketplace
- ×not a third-party catalogue
- ×not a procurement service
This is Material Concierge
- →Your own collection, digitised
- →Access to a growing catalogue
- →Your knowledge stays in-house
The intake
It begins with a day at your practice.
A member of our team comes to your sample room. We scan every sample you have. Wallcovering, flooring, textile, lighting, stone. You don't need to prepare anything.
Every sample receives an entry in the database. Manufacturer, composition, fire rating, availability, price indication. What isn't directly on the sample, we obtain from the source. No assumptions, no empty fields.
By the end of the day, your library is structured and searchable. If your sample room is large, we need several days. We discuss this beforehand.
You can continue working normally during the intake. We don't disrupt.
The workflow
From sample to commission, in five steps.
Scan
Photograph the label and the surface. The AI recognises supplier, product and specifications and files the sample in your library.
Project
Assign samples to a project. The material list grows with it and stays visible to the whole team, not just one person.
Comparison
Put candidates side by side: composition, fire ratings, dimensions and prices at a glance instead of across five PDF catalogues.
Draft text for the tender
Your project list as PDF and Excel, with all specifications. NPK data is available per product: the basis from which your tender document takes shape.
Quote request
One request, up to three matching suppliers, one click. The replies come directly to your studio inbox.
Your data
Only your practice sees your library
Other practices see nothing of your library. Only what you actively share appears in the master catalogue, and you decide that per sample.
Your data belongs to you
Full export of your library as Excel, any time and also on cancellation. No lock-in.
Terms
Clear and without hidden costs.
