For architecture and interior design practices
Material knowledge lives on shelves, in binders and in heads.
Scattered and not searchable: the practice cannot find its own collection. We digitise your sample library in one day. After that, you find any sample in seconds instead of hours.
What it is
Your own material library, digital.
Every sample in your cabinet is captured: photo, supplier, specification, documents. Searchable for your whole team. And your team links samples to its own projects, straight from the library.
Nothing in your own library that fits, or looking for inspiration? That is what the growing master catalogue is for: supplier products with specifications and data sheets. What you scan is matched against it; missing details we complete together with the supplier. The catalogue is open to every practice; what your practice captures stays yours.
Not a marketplace, not a third-party catalogue. Your own system: only your practice sees your library.
The moodboard is perfect. But what sits behind the chosen samples, hardly anyone remembers: fire rating, supplier, lead time, price. Your library knows.
How it works
It starts with one day at your office.
01
One day at your office.
We come to you and capture your complete library, sample by sample. You keep working as usual; we don't disturb.
02
By evening, your library is live.
Searchable for the whole team. We walk through it together at the end of the day.
03
Two weeks of completion.
Missing details such as fire ratings and data sheets we request from your suppliers. Not you.

Questions
What the first practices asked us.
“You profit from our suppliers too. Why do we pay?”
True: we benefit as well. That is exactly why digitisation costs EUR 990 instead of a multiple. But what we use is anonymous and aggregated: that a material sits in several libraries. Never in which one. Your collection, your projects and your notes are visible to your practice only, technically enforced. And the fact that we work with your suppliers is your advantage: your library stays current, we follow up on missing details, and a quote is one click away.
How do I get started?
You book a conversation. Together we look at whether Material Concierge fits your practice, and then plan your scan day. There is no anonymous self-service purchase: getting started always begins with a conversation.
How do our samples get into the system?
Sample by sample, by scan: photograph the label and the surface, the AI does the rest. On the scan day we do this for you; after that your team scans new samples itself.
Who owns our data?
You do. Your library can be exported in full at any time, there is no lock-in. Your material data is stored on EU servers, compliant with the GDPR and the Swiss FADP; supplementary services are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Are prices and product data up to date?
Not all suppliers release prices; where none are available, the system shows none. Prices and specifications that are available come from the supplier and are maintained together with them, without guarantee. Where data is missing or outdated, Material Concierge follows up with the supplier.
For the team meeting
The deck to pass around.
Twelve pages as a PDF: what it is, how the scan day works, what sits behind every sample, what it costs, and four questions for your internal discussion. Without us in the room.
We ask for your name and email so we know who is working with our materials. No newsletter; at most one personal follow-up. Privacy
Let's talk about your library.
A conversation, no sales pressure. We show you how it works, on your own material.
