No access to your inbox. Ever.
Material Concierge does not connect to your email account. No IMAP, no password, no mailbox sharing. Your email address is used purely as a username for signing in, just like with any serious online service.
Requests are sent from our address
Sample and quote requests are sent by Material Concierge from its own domain thematerialconcierge.com. The supplier replies to you, but your inbox is never connected to our system at any point.
Hosting in Europe
Your material data, samples and projects live on servers in the EU (Supabase, Ireland), compliant with the GDPR and the Swiss FADP. Supplementary services such as payment and email run via certified providers with EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Only your practice sees your library
Every database query is isolated per practice at server level (Row Level Security). Other practices cannot see your samples, projects or quotes: technically enforced, not just promised.
Your data belongs to you
Full export of your library at any time, also on cancellation. No lock-in.
We collect no more than necessary
No tracking network, no sharing with advertising partners. What you scan remains your practice's working material.
