Your sample is in the cabinet.
Your data is not.
Your material lies in the sample rooms of the practices. But the comparison runs on width, composition and lead time. If those are missing, your product drops out of the comparison. Not because it is worse, but because nobody could look it up.

Four concrete advantages.
Your products stand in the libraries of the practices, including on the days when nobody from your side is there. Architects find your materials while searching, comparing and specifying.
Whoever supplies width, composition and lead time stands in the comparison with those rows filled. Whoever does not stands there with empty ones. We do not fill in what the manufacturer has not stated.
When a practice puts your material into a project, the enquiry reaches you with project context, quantity and specification, directly by email. No cold leads, no scattergun. A bundled enquiry overview in the portal is in preparation.
The supplier portal shows how many practices hold samples of yours and how many products are recorded. No practice details and no projects: what a practice is planning stays with the practice. The project context comes with the enquiry itself. Whoever covers a country is named as the representation on the supplier sheet.
Your material was
already in the room.
Architects scan samples every day, including from manufacturers not yet in our database. When we recognise an unknown product, we can see: this material is already in an architecture or design practice. Someone is specifying it.
Then we reach out to you. Not a cold-call approach, not a generic pitch deck. We speak with you because we know your product is already in use, and because we can show you in which context.
That is the difference between a call that interrupts and a call that makes sense.
Once your profile is set up, you are visible to all connected practices, without further effort. Every new practice that joins Material Concierge sees your products automatically. Set up once, found continuously.
Your product sheet,
the way a practice sees it.
Four products from the libraries. Hover over an image or tap it and the product sheet appears: specifications, colourways and project photos, built from the manufacturer's own data.
Four manufacturers are
already public.
Every material from these manufacturers has its own page: findable on Google, without an account, in three languages. That is how an architect sees your product before signing up with us.

From onboarding to visibility.
01
You deliver your collections, variants, dimensions and prices in the TMC import template and we handle the import: free of charge. If you only have raw data such as price lists, catalogues or an export, we prepare it for you on request.
02
Product images, technical data sheets, CE declarations of performance and fire rating certificates are uploaded and assigned to the correct products, the way you keep them. Without warranty: keeping them current remains with you, we ask when something is missing.
03
Practices that already hold samples from you are automatically linked to your product entry. Nobody has to drive out again for it: the visit that was already made keeps working.
04
New collections, revised fire ratings, range changes: send us the change directly by email. Updates are in place within 5 working days.
You pay for data maintenance,
not for position.
Other platforms sell visibility: whoever pays more appears higher. That is legitimate, but it is not what architects need.
At Material Concierge, you pay for the maintenance of your data and access to architecture and design practices. The order of search results is determined by material data, technical suitability and project relevance, not by your marketing budget.
This makes Material Concierge trustworthy for architects. And for you a channel in which the quality of your product decides.
Clear and without hidden costs.
Presence in the practice network is free, the import of your data included.

We record your range and keep it current with you: new collections, changed standard classes, discontinued articles. The portal, the import and the leads cost nothing.
No commissions on orders. No surcharges for higher placement in search results. Multiple brands or custom data integration: on request.
Twenty minutes. We show you the platform and discuss whether it fits.
We show you how Material Concierge works. You show us your range. If it fits, we talk about onboarding. If not, we have both learned something.
