Iroko

Appearance Particularly hard type of wood that comes from the forests of Equatorial Africa and South America. It is yellow-brown coloured and can be variegated after seasoning. Iroko wood undergoes a multi-stage varnishing cycle, which gives the product its colour and makes it more waterproof and weather-resistant. Varnishing with a visible grain does not completely cover the wood, but brings out its natural beauty.
